团队介绍：抖音内容质量与数据服务平台（简称CQC）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验。平台下设内容质量中心、商业生态与安全、生态治理与增长支持等业务，在全国20余个城市均有分布。 自成立以来，CQC持续守护抖音集团旗下包括抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、飞书、红果短剧等产品在内的安全、质量与体验，优化产品内创作与交流环境，且在各产品运营增长方面开展支持工作。

1、AI新技术落地与产品运营：结合AI编程、Skill等前沿技术以及TRAE、豆包办公版等AI产品，联动产品方面向内部有需求的业务和员工开展公开课、案例大赛、开发者认证与社群运营等动作，促进AI在业务提效创新应用； 2、模型课程开发授课：基于组织模型建设目标，开发模型运营、Agent搭建、新技术推广等模型专业课程，覆盖岗前、上岗、岗中等阶段，输出培训课程、技能考核及成长路径等，支持组织模型能力建设，人才培养需求； 3、业务定制方案设计落地：结合业务差异化需求，设计针对性培训方案，调用讲师、课程资源，开展经验萃取、案例大赛、技能考核等，分析培训效果并优化培养内容； 4、大模型知识资产沉淀：建设维护大模型人才库、讲师库、案例库，搭建模型数据管理看板，满足各个场景调用需求，开展讲师管理，案例推广，人才打标等运营动作。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，教育技术学、计算机、人工智能等专业优先； 2、有对应技能和经验者可适当放宽条件；业务理解和模型应用复合能力：懂业务，熟悉等业务链路；了解大模型训练（RAG/Workflow/Agent应用）、模型工具（如Autope、MultiAgents）及行业动态；热爱培训，做过内部分享、培训（内训师）优先； 3、大模型专业技能：具备Agent设计运营、提示词生产调优、安型项目运营能力（满足以上任一条件即可，都满足者优先），在垂类模型应用上有深度理解和成功专项落地经验； 4、通用素质：具备强项目管理能力，能跨部门（HR/产品/算法/业务）协同推进培训落地；学习能力突出，对新技术（大模型/AI产品）有敏锐度，能快速掌握业务痛点并转化为培训需求。
