团队介绍：AI数据与安全团队为Seed基座模型及AI原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与Seed研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决AI前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升；我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和AI产品的一手用户。

1、扩大标注贡献者基数：通过有创意、非传统渠道，招募各细分领域人才，可能包括：在校学生、自由职业者、有全职工作但愿意利用业余时间参与标注的人才； 2、提升注册用户转化为活跃贡献者：针对复杂、难度较大的标注任务，设计并搭建从“注册→激活→分配任务→培训→稳定参与/退出”的一整套转化漏斗； 3、设计社区化的留存与成长体系：在社区中设计与身份/地位相关的机制与元素（如等级、头衔、荣誉体系等），营造正向的社区氛围；通过社区自转，推动知识分享、经验传承与质量控制，让优秀标注员在社区中自然涌现并发挥影响力； 4、设计激励与传播机制：设计易于传播的邀请与推荐机制，激发标注员主动拉新；结合货币化和/或游戏化元素，构建多元激励体系，提升标注员参与感与投入度； 5、推动产品化与全球化落地：将上述增长、培训、激励与社区相关的工作方法论产品化、流程化；从中国市场出发，逐步实现模式的本地化与标准化复制，并推向全球其他市场。

1、增长与平台经验：有操作较复杂的消费级应用、开发者产品、创作者经济平台，或零工/自由职业平台的用户增长经验，尤其是面向“供给自己时间、经验、知识”这一类用户的增长经验； 2、社区与运营协同经验：有搭建高参与度社区的成功实践，对用户运营、社区运营有深刻理解；有与用户运营/社区运营团队紧密合作，共同推动增长与活跃度提升的经验； 3、创造性增长与快速试错能力：做过非常有创造力的增长Hack；能够快速设计实验并推进落地； 4、产品与流程设计能力：具备很强的产品思维与流程设计能力，能从0→1搭建可规模化复制的机制与流程；深刻理解人类动机和心理，理解激励和人类行为之间的关系； 5、强执行与主人翁精神：愿意亲力亲为，敢于自己下场验证想法，而不是被动等待资源或他人推动；具备强烈的责任心和自驱力，愿意长期投入建设标注员生态与供给体系。
