1、负责集团安全业务数据仓库的整体规划、架构设计与建设落地，构建高质量、可扩展的数据底座； 2、主导数据模型设计与ETL开发，持续优化数据处理性能；建设完善的数据监控与预警体系，保障数据链路的稳定性与时效性； 3、构建并迭代安全业务核心指标体系，通过数据分析与洞察驱动业务决策，赋能安全策略优化； 4、深入理解安全业务场景，主动挖掘与抽象数据需求，与业务、产品团队紧密协作，推动数据价值在安全领域的深度落地； 5、参与数据治理工作，提升数据资产的规范性、质量与易用性，推动数据标准化建设；探索AI技术在数据开发与分析场景中的应用，提升数据生产效率与智能化水平。

1、具备扎实的数据仓库建设经验，精通数据仓库方法论（维度建模、数据分层等），对数仓体系有系统性理解； 2、熟练掌握Hadoop生态（Hive、Spark等），具备优秀的SQL能力，熟悉Java或Python中至少一种编程语言； 3、对业务具有敏锐洞察力，善于沟通协作，能快速理解业务需求并转化为可落地的技术方案； 4、具备良好的逻辑思维和问题分析能力，能够独立推动项目落地； 5、有安全领域（网络安全、内容安全、风控等）相关数据建设经验者优先； 6、有AI数据应用经验者优先，如大语言模型（LLM）在数据处理、智能分析、自动化报表等场景的实践经验；熟悉Prompt Engineering、RAG、Agent等技术方向者加分。
