1、负责抖音短视频、直播等场景的内容治理平台运营，通过平台能力与AI应用提升治理质量和效率； 2、深入治理业务，围绕风险识别、策略配置、审核处置及应急响应等链路，制定平台运营方案，支持数十个业务方接入和使用； 3、开展用户调研、数据分析、功能推广与培训，推动产品迭代，提升平台覆盖率和活跃度； 4、推动大模型、RAG、知识库、Agent等能力在风险研判、舆情分析及流程自动化中的应用； 5、协同业务及产品研发团队建设治理知识体系，推动重点项目试点验证和规模化落地。

1、本科及以上学历，1年及以上产品运营、平台运营、策略运营或AI运营经验； 2、了解大模型、Prompt、RAG、知识库、Agent等基本概念，有相关项目经验者优先； 3、具备用户运营、数据分析及项目推动能力，能够发现问题并推动产品优化； 4、具备良好的业务洞察、风险意识和跨团队沟通能力； 5、关注大模型、多模态及AIGC治理趋势，愿意探索AI在内容治理中的应用。

加分项： 1、有内容治理、内容安全、风控或UGC平台运营经验； 2、有模型评测、知识库运营或AI应用规模化落地经验。
