1、参与火山引擎云平台基础产品的设计、研发与演进，包括账号、组织、CloudIdentity、IAM、STS、资源中心、云审计、统一接入、开放平台等核心能力； 2、建设高安全、高可用、高性能的云上基础链路，围绕多Region、多Cell、故障隔离、RTO优化、审计追踪、权限边界等方向持续打磨系统； 3、深度参与火山引擎智能助手的核心能力建设，包括知识问答、Troubleshooting、SubAgent、工具调用、搜索质量、多租户安全架构等方向； 4、在IAM、CloudIdentity等身份与访问控制系统中，参与云上智能体身份、安全、授权、审计、工具访问边界等关键能力的设计与构建； 5、与产品、SRE、安全、业务团队协同，围绕客户真实场景定义问题、拆解方案、推动落地，并对线上结果负责。

1、对业务和架构有认知、有品味，能从业务目标、系统边界、稳定性、安全性、演进成本等维度判断一个方案是否值得长期建设； 2、具备扎实的后端研发能力，熟悉分布式系统、服务治理、存储、缓存、消息、可观测性、故障恢复等基础工程能力； 3、对身份、安全或云平台基础能力有兴趣；如果你理解OAuth、OIDC、SAML、IAM、STS、RBAC、ABAC、多租户隔离、审计等领域，会非常匹配； 4、能够把复杂问题讲清楚、拆明白，并推动它变成可落地、可验证、可持续演进的工程方案； 5、主动、直接、有主人翁精神，愿意对自己负责的模块像负责人一样思考业务指标、用户反馈、线上稳定性和长期技术债； 6、有冒险精神，愿意探索新技术、新产品形态和新工作方式，同时也足够务实，知道什么时候应该稳扎稳打、先把基本盘做好；能够深入使用Agent、AI编程助手、自动化工具提升工作效率，并能判断AI输出中的幻觉、遗漏、风险和不现实假设。
