团队介绍：PDI-语言中心致力于提升工程师团队的工作英语技能、国际交流效率，提供英语培训、优质英语学习资料、笔译及同声传译、系统多语言优化等多方面的语言支持。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

2、负责AI英语学习产品的内容策划与生产，借助AI能力实现内容生产流程的自动化与规模化，持续提升内容质量与产出效率； 3、参与产品的需求调研、方案设计、测试走查与交付落地，深度参与从用户洞察到功能上线的全流程； 4、参与产品AI、Agent、AIGC相关功能的设计与落地（如：对话陪练、智能批改、个性化学习推荐等的Prompt/Skill设计与迭代），把AI能力真正融入学习产品体验； 5、开展数据驱动的产品洞察，分析用户反馈与使用数据，找到用户需求与产品功能之间的联系，推动功能迭代与体验优化，并参与日常产品运营相关工作，包括但不限于产品全渠道反馈运营、产品数据分析、运营策略总结、产品运营物料制作等。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、实习至少3个月以上，每周至少出勤4天； 3、具备产品意识：能独立拆解产品功能、分析用户需求与痛点、提出改进方案； 4、具备AI实践能力：日常使用AI工具（豆包/ChatGPT/Claude等）辅助工作或学习，有Prompt Engineering、Skill编写等AI应用能力（有AI Agent搭建或AI应用开发经验者优先）； 5、英语能力强，英语可作为工作语言； 6、良好的沟通和逻辑思维能力，学习能力强，工作细致负责、自驱力强、具备坚韧的执行力，有强烈的目标感与结果意识。

加分项： 1、有教育/内容/语言学习领域经验； 2、有产品/用户研究/设计等相关实习经历。
