日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与巨量有戏（AIGC漫剧）产品的预审和商业变现相关的需求设计； 2、参与预审Agent的能力设计，包括规则对齐、任务流程拆解、协同机制设计、结果反馈与策略优化； 3、参与AI商业变现相关设计，协助探索AI选本等策略； 4、协同产品、研发、算法、运营等团队推进项目落地，跟进需求闭环与上线效果； 5、跟踪Agent、AI Workflow及商业化产品方向的新趋势，协助沉淀相关分析和方法总结。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限，计算机、人工智能、信息管理、产品设计、影视传播等相关背景优先； 2、对AI产品、Agent、AI Workflow有较强兴趣，理解大模型应用的基本逻辑和能力边界，能够结合业务场景思考产品方案和落地价值； 3、有AI应用或Agent相关实践经验，做过相关项目、Demo、产品方案或研究实践者优先； 4、具备较好的产品思维、结构化分析能力和沟通协作能力，能够从业务和用户场景出发拆解问题； 5、有商业化产品或平台产品相关经验者优先，对漫剧行业有一定了解，对内容行业、创作链路或业务场景有基本认知者优先； 6、每周可实习5天，连续实习4-6个月。
