1、参与AI Agent安全相关技术研究与能力建设，包括数据安全与隐私保护、训练与推理安全、智能体攻防对抗等方向； 2、参与Agent安全方案设计与落地，保障智能体在感知、决策、工具调用等过程中的安全性、可靠性与合规性； 3、研究智能体面临的新型安全威胁，设计相应的检测、防护与治理机制，提升Agent系统对黑灰产攻击的防御能力； 4、参与AI与Agent安全前沿技术探索，包括智能体攻防、可信执行、安全对齐等方向，推动研究成果在真实场景中的应用。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，人工智能、计算机、信息安全、软件工程等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，熟悉至少一种编程语言（Python/Java/C++/Go等），具备良好的工程实现能力；了解机器学习、深度学习或大语言模型相关技术，对AI Agent技术方向有浓厚兴趣；熟悉机器学习、深度学习基础知识，了解Transformer、大语言模型（LLM）等相关技术原理；了解Agent系统设计模式、工具调用（Tool Use）、RAG、Memory等智能体相关技术； 3、具备良好的学习能力、分析与解决问题能力，以及团队协作与沟通能力； 4、有AI安全相关科研经历、开源项目经验、竞赛获奖或论文发表者优先；了解提示注入（Prompt Injection）、越狱攻击（Jailbreak）、数据投毒、对抗样本等AI安全相关问题；具备信息安全相关背景，熟悉应用安全、系统安全、隐私计算、密码学、攻防对抗等方向；在AI安全等相关领域具有科研经历，在顶级会议/期刊发表论文，或在开源社区有高质量贡献；在ACM/CCSP/数学建模等竞赛中取得优异成绩者优先。
