团队介绍：抖音研发中台团队主要负责抖音、剪映、今日头条、番茄小说、财经等产品的质量建设，面向质量、体验、安全提供全方位、深层次、高效的解决方案。

1、负责抖音系列产品全流程质量保障工作，深度参与产品研发项目，协同产品研发团队高质量交付，围绕需求评审、方案设计、测试策略制定、上线准出等关键环节，识别核心质量风险并推动闭环； 2、参与AI质量建设，能主动发现质量保障体系中的提升点，负责关键技术建设，探索大模型解决方案并应用到质量保障各环节，升级质量保障体系； 3、解决测试过程中遇到的复杂技术问题，沉淀适配业务需求的测试方法论、工具、服务、平台，推动质量保障从经验驱动向规则化、结构化、可复用升级。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握Python/Java/Go至少一门编程语言； 3、具备扎实的计算机基础知识，对质量工程、软件工程或AI工程方向有持续兴趣，愿意持续学习并推动AI能力在组织中的真实落地； 4、具备较强的责任心、优秀的自我驱动能力，学习能力强，思维严谨细致、逻辑感强；具备良好的沟通协作能力和项目推进能力，能够在跨职能协作中识别关键问题、推动共识形成，并持续跟进问题闭环； 5、有较好的工程技术能力和大模型应用能力；熟悉自动化框架、理解CICD交付流程和编排设计，具备相关技术实践经验者优先，如通过AI应用提升业务质效，包括但不限于测试用例自动化生成、代码缺陷检测、端到端自动化、业务Agent评测等。
