1、负责抖音造世界官方玩法内容设计及生产，可独立完成世界框架搭建、功能设计、数值规划、开发执行、上线迭代等全链路流程，并为最终上线内容的日活、时长等核心数据负责； 2、挖掘和满足玩家对内容的多维度诉求，设计并优化玩家成长路径、社交互动机制，促进长线留存； 3、持续关注上线内容动态，根据玩法反馈数据，持续迭代内容及玩法，提升用户体验，提升UGC模块的用户满意度和渗透率； 4、基于UGC内容开发，持续沉淀可复用的玩法模组、数值模型和设计规范到开发者端。

1、有2年以上休闲/沙盒/派对类游戏的玩法策划经验，熟悉常用商业引擎，具备一线生产制作能力，使用过一种UGC开发环境（WAR3编辑器、DOTA2游廊、MC、Roblox）制作过自定义地图玩法，有成功上线经历者优先； 2、熟悉主流游戏休闲派对玩法和UGC内容，玩过超过50款Roblox/蛋仔工坊/迷你世界UGC地图，深刻理解UGC用户心理； 3、内容敏感、有网感，能捕捉用户兴趣与趋势，具备发掘和构建核心乐趣点的能力，能针对核心乐趣点构建多套体验方案，并快速落地能力； 4、对泛用户社交生态有一定了解，能够设计出符合泛用户需求的社交功能，将社交功能与身份差异、玩法、公共空间进行有效整合，让空间成为关系发生的真实场域。
