1、参与抖音垂类运营目标的设计、追踪与拆解分析，定期输出业务经营分析，定位业务问题并提出优化策略； 2、定期开展垂类生态分析、产品策略调研，为业务决策提供数据支撑； 3、参与内容分类标签、内容质量标签的建设与迭代，参与优质内容标准的制定与优化，提升优质创作者规模与活跃度。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机、金融工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握SQL，能够独立完成数据提取、清洗与分析工作，熟悉Python加分； 3、有内容运营、产品运营、数据分析相关实习经验者优先； 4、具备良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通协作能力和问题解决能力；对内容平台、创作者生态有浓厚兴趣，了解抖音等短视频平台的生态特点。
