1、负责抖音搜索和AI搜等相关产品的开发工作，完成从需求分析、方案设计到编码上线的完整研发流程； 2、参与系统架构设计与优化、性能调优、API设计、自动化测试等工程化工作，提升系统的稳定性和可维护性； 3、使用AI Coding工具（如Cursor、Copilot、TRAE、Claude Code等）辅助日常开发，探索AI驱动的研发提效方式； 4、参与将AI能力融入到搜索的技术方案设计与落地，在实践中验证和优化AI驱动开发流程，持续提升生产力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的计算机基础（数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络）； 3、至少熟悉以下一个技术方向，有相关的项目实践经验： 1）客户端方向：熟悉Android（Java/Kotlin）、iOS（Swift/Objective-C）或鸿蒙（ArkTS）开发，了解移动端架构设计和性能优化； 2）前端方向：熟悉React/Vue/TypeScript等至少一种技术栈，了解前端工程化和性能优化； 3）后端方向：熟悉Go/Python/Java/C++等至少一门语言，了解常见系统设计概念（数据库、缓存、消息队列、RESTful API等）； 4、对全栈开发有热情和意愿，愿意在导师指导下拓展不熟悉的技术领域； 5、良好的沟通能力与自驱力，能在AI辅助下独立推进任务。

加分项： 1、有使用AI工具独立完成项目、课程设计或开源贡献的实战经验； 2、有AI Agent/Context Engineering/Harness Engineering等方向的实践或思考； 3、活跃于GitHub、技术博客或开发者社区，有持续的技术输出。
