日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：该团队负责字节跳动旗下部分内容安全产品的设计、质量把控和运营，保障产品安全，营造良好的内容创作和社区互动氛围。

1、参与AI大模型相关的内容安全数据标注、质量管控，根据业务需求，设计数据校验的实验方案，维护模型训练数据的精准性； 2、对质检过程中的质量数据进行多维度分析和归因，以及数据集构建全流程管理，能识别异常问题并反馈优化建议； 3、有良好的团队合作能力，能配合团队推进内容安全项目的进度、质量跟进，协助跨部门的协作落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备扎实的统计学基础，能运用描述统计、假设检验等方法做数据分析； 3、对机器学习、大模型运营有浓厚的兴趣； 4、精通SQL，能够高效完成复杂的数据提取与处理。

软技能： 1、细心负责，能把控高风险内容的质量细节； 2、有良好的沟通协作能力，能适应快节奏的工作环境； 3、对内容安全、社区生态有兴趣； 4、英语可作为工作语言，适应跨文化沟通。
