1、熟练掌握转让定价相关法规政策，在集团层面对转让定价进行设计筹划，主导集团关联交易定价策略的制定和落实； 2、从人、财、物多维度协助管理集团转让定价政策的执行，维护、鉴别公司关联交易的长期合理性，及时识别涉税风险并提出建设性意见； 3、持续复盘与动态优化，对业务线收入和利润分布以及税务成本进行分析与控制，管理和持续改进所负责业务线/主体的实际税负率（ETR）； 4、制定和维护相关转让定价合规文档，确保各项申报合规、及时、准确； 5、对日趋变化的境内外税务法规、行业发展、业务变化有快速的反应力并高效地提出应对策略。

1、5年以上转让定价相关经验，有支持新兴行业背景者优先； 2、深入理解转让定价与国际税收规则，能处理复杂定价架构并具备实操税务争议应对思路，尤其是在无形资产、技术服务/授权、成本分摊安排等领域有深度经验者优先； 3、精通Excel及数据分析，具备优秀的逻辑思维与解决问题能力； 4、项目管理与跨部门沟通能力，能有效协调内外部资源，独立推动复杂项目； 5、持有税务师、CPA等证书者优先； 6、学习能力强，注重细节，能够具备多任务处理能力与高度责任感。
