1、参与抖音电商商家侧产品建设，服务海量商家经营场景，真实影响平台营商环境与商家成长体验；深入AI与电商业务结合的一线场景，探索大模型、机器学习、智能工具在商家经营、生态治理和效率提升中的落地路径；与运营、算法、研发、设计等多团队协同，从业务问题出发，推动产品方案从0到1落地，并沉淀为可复用的平台能力； 2、参与抖音电商商家生态与体验产品建设，面向抖音电商海量商家经营场景，参与商家侧生态健康、合规经营和产品体验提升相关工作；通过产品机制、工具能力和系统建设，帮助商家更高效、更规范地经营，持续提升平台整体营商环境； 3、推动AI场景落地：深入理解商家经营链路与业务痛点，结合行业调研、用户反馈和产品数据分析，发现有价值的产品机会；将复杂的生态经营策略转化为清晰、高效、可落地的产品方案；结合大模型、机器学习等AI能力，探索智能化产品能力在商家经营、风险识别、效率提升等场景中的应用； 4、建设平台能力，提升业务协同效率：与业务运营、算法、研发、设计等团队紧密协作，推动需求定义、方案设计、上线验证与持续迭代，推动AI能力产品化沉淀，建设可复用的平台工具与系统，提升商家侧产品和业务运转效率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、统计、数学、信息管理、电子信息、人工智能等理工科相关专业优先； 2、有AI、机器学习、大数据等相关课程学习经历者优先；逻辑清晰，具备扎实的数据分析能力，对数据敏感，掌握SQL/Python等工具，能基于数据和业务现象形成独立的产品判断与观点； 3、对电商行业具备浓厚兴趣，了解主流电商平台的商品与商家经营玩法；对AI在真实业务场景中的应用有好奇心，具备独立思考与产品创新意识； 4、高自驱、学习快，积极应对业务挑战，能将复杂业务问题拆解为清晰的产品路径并推动多方协同落地；具备较强的责任意识； 5、沟通表达清晰，能与研发、算法、设计、运营等多职能团队高效协作，适应多任务协同的工作环境。
