1、负责商家智能服务运营，以提升智能解决能力、降低智能转人工比例为目标，持续优化业务知识、扩充智能的解决能力，优化智能服务全链路体验； 2、参与评估体系建设，建立可信解决率、未解决归因、上线质量围栏等评测机制，共同定义解决判定标准、诉求类型边界和分档口径，保障智能服务效果可衡量、可归因、可优化； 3、深度协同业务、运营、研发、算法、设计等团队，推进跨团队问题闭环，整理未解决问题、供给缺口和产品体验反馈，推动相关方跟进优化； 4、基于数据分析、用户反馈和业务调研，持续识别关键问题与增长机会，沉淀可复用的产品方法论和解决方案，驱动AI产品在生活服务领域的长期发展。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、具备独立数据分析能力，能通过数据发现问题、评估运营效果，并产出优化思路； 3、有较强的用户视角，喜欢体验新产品，对于用户产品体验、用户需求本质有自己的思考和理解； 4、学习能力强，快速理解业务目标，有较好的沟通能力、能完成跨团队协作； 5、对AI行业和大模型产品有热情、有理解，关注行业趋势和技术发展，具备较强的创新意识与业务判断力。
