日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：我们是字节跳动旗下AI创新业务团队，目前有多个 AI 相关创新产品孵化中，团队氛围好，成长空间大，期待你的加入。

1、参与AI产品的策略设计，包括但不限于任务流、数据理想态、用户行为路径等关键节点的抽象与构建； 2、与产品、算法团队协作，推动从数据定义到模型效果评估的闭环执行（包括但不限于提示词/Prompt编写、数据标注策略、模型效果评估等）； 3、深入垂直场景进行用户调研、内容洞察，协助定义“AI落地场景”的边界与表达形式。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对结构化设计与内容表达有强烈兴趣，能把复杂问题讲清楚、把模糊体验讲具体； 3、优秀的逻辑能力与结构化表达能力，熟悉提示词工程（Prompt Engineering），善于让不同的AI助手协助工作； 4、在某一垂直领域（如文史哲、理工科、商业科技、金融经济、生活娱乐、深度报道等）有个人深入体验或观察； 5、具备良好的文字品味，在内容风格、语言节奏和信息密度上有判断力； 6、对模型训练的相关流程（如数据构建、微调、反馈闭环）有基础理解或强烈的好奇心。
