日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责AI短剧的全流程生产工作，包括前期选题与IP选定策划，把控从剧本创作、视觉风格到制作的全流程项目进度与质量，对内容质量、项目进度与ROI负责； 2、与内外部工作室/制作方协作，对齐并判断创意、剧本、视觉效果与要素、制作重点等，配合上线计划，进行内容质量把控与修改； 3、分析全球爆剧，洞察用户诉求，挖掘AI短剧内容趋势并寻求创新与新内容方向点。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、有影视专业以及国际化学习经历者优先，影视相关实习经验，熟悉影视制作流程，有男频/通用题材作品经验优先； 3、熟悉AI或者动画内容的视觉表达特点，对AIGC内容制作有兴趣； 4、英语可作为工作语言，有充分欧美内容阅片量和理解力，有国际化学习与工作经历者优先； 5、自驱力与学习力强，工作负责，有强烈的好奇心，有出色的跨部门沟通和协作能力，具备较强的项目管理能力。
