团队介绍：AI芯片团队深耕人工智能芯片研发领域，产品覆盖云端与终端场景，致力于提供高效率、低成本的AI芯片及 SoC 解决方案，满足公司内外AI及相关业务的算力需求。团队自主设计了多款AI芯片，涵盖推理、训练场景，具有高性能、高精度、高灵活性、编译器友好、低成本等特点。核心AI加速核与AI软件栈均为自主研发，具备完整知识产权，能够支撑面向不同模型、不同部署场景的持续演进与优化。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、硬件加速器软件工具链的开发，包括而不限于：算子开发、性能优化及验证、编译器开发（前端、IR、后端）、量化器开发、Runtime开发，工具链跟硬件的集成以及AI加速硬件的部分评测工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，微电子、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、理解深度学习框架和软件栈，熟悉C++、Python等编程语言； 3、有主动学习、快速解决问题的能力和自我驱动力。

加分项 1、熟悉计算机体系结构和并行计算； 2、了解编译器和代码优化技术，熟悉TVM、XLA等中间表示，有相关开发经验； 3、对常用的深度学习框架有深入理解，包括但不限于TensorFlow、PyTorch、MXNet； 4、有LLVM和C++开发经验； 5、有AI加速硬件的量化工具开发经验； 6、有GPU、FPGA或AI芯片相关的开发和评测经验。
