1、定义方向与路线图：与跨职能团队合作，识别关键隐私问题，制定产品路线图，构建隐私与数据保护的产品化解决方案，并探索以AI、Agent能力增强隐私风险识别、监控与自动化处置； 2、打造核心能力：直接与研发、设计师和数据分析师协作，交付隐私合规控制与监控的关键模块与功能；在不同团队中建立一致的隐私原则与实践，并推动这些能力与Agentic平台融合，形成可复用的隐私能力组件； 3、管理项目与风险：管理数据隐私项目，识别交付过程中的风险，向高级管理团队清晰同步状态与进展；善用AI工具提升协同、进度追踪与决策效率； 4、赋能与工具建设：支持法律、安全和隐私工程师构建增强隐私治理的工具，并推动隐私工作流的Agent化，把重复性合规工作转化为智能化、自动化的能力； 5、推动AI转型：参与团队的GUI-Centric平台向Agentic平台转型工作，PM Workflow Agent化实践，以及将隐私产品经验沉淀为Agent可执行的规则与流程，持续提升团队与业务的整体效率。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学或信息安全相关领域专业优先； 2、2年以上产品经理工作经验，有隐私、数据保护、安全合规类领域相关工作经验优先； 3、熟悉数据流管理，有平台开发经验和工程理解加分； 4、逻辑清晰，思路敏捷，具备较好的沟通能力与跨职能团队合作经验，优秀的书面和口头沟通能力，英语流利可以作为工作语言； 5、对AI/大模型/Agent有真实的产品理解与实践热情，了解Agentic产品的设计范式与能力边界；对「AI+隐私/合规」的结合有洞察，能思考如何用AI增强隐私治理，同时把控AI自身带来的数据与隐私风险。
