1、负责字节跳动泛体验和泛安全领域各业务场景下，独立负责算法应用研究与算法落地工作，业务场景包括但不限于风险挖掘/热点发现/信息检索/知识图谱/智能对话等； 2、跟踪机器学习领域的最新研究成果，用以持续提升算法应用效果，研究方向包括但不限于文本分类/实体识别/语义匹配/关系抽取/多模态识别/小样本学习/知识蒸馏等； 3、深度参与产品研发项目，和产品经理/业务研发/业务质量/运营等同学密切配合，提高项目整体效率和收益。

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上机器学习算法研究与开发经验； 2、具备机器学习相关算法的扎实基础，包括但不限于图模型、多模态机器学习、主动学习等特定领域的全面学习和实践经验； 3、熟悉主流的BERT/Transformer/GPT等预训练模型，至少从事过文本分类/实体识别/语义匹配/关系抽取/知识图谱等其中任一方向的算法模型开发任务并有实际业务落地经验； 4、熟悉Linux操作系统，熟练使用至少一门编程语言(Python、C++等优先)，有优秀的工程实践能力，代码风格好；熟练掌握TensorFlow/PyTorch/Keras等任一主流机器学习框架； 5、有较强的业务问题到算法模型的建模能力，有强烈的技术好奇心、自驱力和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界最佳实践。

加分项： 1、具备优秀工程能力，有大规模数据处理经验者优先； 2、了解CPU/GPU编程及常见推理加速，对机器学习有较多工程落地经验者优先； 3、有国际顶级会议（ACL/EMNLP/IJCAI/AAAI/SIGIR等）论文期刊发表者优先。
