1、本科及以上学历，热爱内容行业，有内容从业经验优先，有策略、PMO背景、平台产品相关经验优先； 2、对二次元/网文等泛娱乐内容或对大模型技术发展应用有浓厚兴趣； 3、具备逻辑思维以及数据分析能力，能独立完成数据分析并设计策略； 4、具备良好沟通能力、项目管理能力和跨部门协作能力。
