日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与或负责抖音机构产品规划与迭代，包含机构平台产品、机构用户产品和机构AI产品等； 2、结合业务场景、数据等信息，独立拆解问题、产出方案并推进落地，上线后回收产品数据评估效果； 3、协同上下游团队推进项目，及时发现并解决过程中卡点，保证项目按时交付； 4、收集产品、用户反馈、数据等信息，发现并解决问题。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、研究生优先，逻辑清晰，有自己的思考，能根据业务背景信息评估需求合理性，评估如何衡量收益； 3、具备良好的数据分析思维和分析工具（如Excel、SQL）使用能力； 4、过往有稳定产品实习经历，完整跟进过项目优先； 5、做事靠谱有责任心，良好的沟通和协作能力； 6、稳定实习至少3个月，短期可入职。
