团队介绍：抖音搜索是抖音的核心产品能力之一，满足用户找内容、找商品、找服务、找经验、找人等多元需求，基于海量的内容和商品供给、领先的意图识别和产品能力，用户搜索规模保持高速增长，快速成为中国第一梯队的移动搜索平台。抖音搜索业务体系完善，涵盖内容、电商、生活服务、推荐、交互、数据分析等多个方向。AI大模型和抖音内容生态的结合，会给抖音搜索带来的新的增长动力！

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、设计对话流中的商品卡、直播卡、POI卡等富媒体形态，构建可复用的底层能力，让AI的推荐信息完整、表达清晰、可信可用； 2、围绕电商的商品对比、送礼攻略、购物清单、需求澄清，以及生活服务的餐厅对比、订座排队、电影票等意图，定向建设所需工具，设计并打磨Skill，推动AI从“能说”到“会做”； 3、从系统视角拆解购前/购中/购后全链路，从豆包对话流到电商页面各个环节定位问题，推动AI能力与交易页面结合，设计新购物路径； 4、搭建分意图/分品类的数据基建，设计A/B实验，拆解从模型选品到用户转化的过程，用数据验证不同方案的效果。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周到岗4天，可实习4个月及以上（不接受短期实习）； 3、对AI如何改变“消费”与“生活方式”有真实的兴趣与自己的判断； 4、兼具想象力与落地能力，既能提出设想，也能脚踏实地从小事做起，做精做细； 5、数据敏感、逻辑清晰，习惯用数据而非直觉做决策。

加分项 1、有完整产品实习经验； 2、有AI/电商/搜索相关实践； 3、或有亮眼的Side Project。
