1、负责抖音AI平台的后端开发工作，对内进行AI赋能，对外开放AI能力，激活抖音AI创作生态； 2、参与开发者平台的方案设计、需求把控、拆解细化和实施开发，保障需求高速迭代； 3、围绕开发者、服务商、代运营等多种角色设计业务流程，提升服务体验； 4、打造行业领先智能体开发工具，提供低代码、高代码等多种编排形态； 5、探索AI新形态并支持内外部AI场景： 1）探索Planning模式、Chat to Flow等AI新形态，帮助用户降低AI应用成本； 2）支持抖音AI分身、小程序智能体、AI业务助手等公司内外部AI场景。

1、热爱技术，有扎实的编程能力和良好的编码风格，对技术有追求，有耐心，具备应对挑战的能力； 2、至少能熟练使用Golang/Python/Java/PHP/C++/C一种语言，在计算机领域具有较完整的知识体系，并能结合到实际工作中，包括但不局限于算法、数据结构、操作系统、设计模式、分布式系统； 3、能够熟练使用MySQL/Redis/MQ，对业界数据库中间件、消息中间件及其他分布式系统中间件有一定了解，能够结合业务做出合理的技术选型； 4、对AI应用有一定的经验，了解常用AI编辑器的工程架构，有具体AI应用场景及调优经验更佳； 5、对负责的业务有责任心，具备良好的沟通能力和优秀的团队协作能力； 6、能够应用AI进行全栈开发优先。
