日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：剪映研发策略与工程团队，主要支持剪映、Capcut、醒图、Hypic、即梦、Dreamina等多款国内外产品的服务端工程与策略的研发工作，相关产品多次登顶国内外App Store免费应用榜第一，并继续保持高速增长。加入我们，一起建设全球领先的创作Agent技术体系，打造全球最受用户欢迎的AI创作产品。

1、负责剪映AI数据工程与系统，同算法、AI产品研发团队协作，支持多模态模型迭代的高质量、多样性数据建设，以及Agent轨迹数据、高质量数据资产等建设； 2、完成稳健高效的数据处理Pipeline和系统设计及研发，支持数据的生产、管理以及洞察、挖掘等，积累大量丰富的高质量数据，助力算法模型迭代； 3、负责构建算法迭代自动化系统，提高数据驱动的模型迭代效率，以及使用PE（Prompt Engineering）和RAG等技术来提高模型和产品效果等； 4、负责构建统一的数据框架和基座，结合Data-Centric AI的理念，为剪映多个业务场景打造通用可靠的数据体系，推动业务快速发展。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机/软件工程/人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于：Java、Python、Go； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 4、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 5、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习和沟通能力。

加分项： 1、有AI、Agent或者大模型相关背景经验； 2、有离线数据加工经验，了解Hive、HDFS、Spark、ClickHouse等存储或者计算引擎。
