日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责商业化广告AI产品策略工作，包括但不限于AIGC样式、AIGC创意策略、AI搜广告变现、智能销售等； 2、洞察和理解上述领域内具体工作事项的需求，结合反馈和用户体验，设计和迭代业务核心指标和方向，产出产品方案，包括但不限于抽象产品业务模块的设计、产品策略等； 3、AI产品方案落地，深度联动算法、研发团队，基于AI大模型技术在各个场景应用落地，推进内部交流，协同业务团队、算法、研发团队，保证团队合作的顺畅，不同产品之间的协作等； 4、开展行业与产品分析，跟踪AI在广告领域的行业趋势、产品动态及技术进展，结合自身产品优势制定差异化竞争策略，提出前瞻性产品创新方向并推动验证。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、出色的产品规划能力，能主导产品方向和制定长期规划，并拆分为可实施项目； 3、良好的沟通协调能力，可独立完成跨职能和跨部门沟通； 4、有AI产品实习经验者优先。
