团队介绍：飞书商业化团队（Go to Market）负责将飞书先进产品和服务全面推向中国和国际市场，通过制定精准的业务战略，进行破圈的市场营销，深入理解不同行业的趋势和特点，传递飞书的理念和价值给不同行业的企业客户并达成业务合作，帮助客户加强使用深度和广度，最终让飞书成为各行各业先进企业的首选、持续助力企业组织升级。目前已在中国、新加坡、美国、日本等国家和地区建立了商业化团队，开启了为全球各行各业组织和个人提升创造力和效率的历程。

1、负责学员招募与选拔：操盘招生全流程，拓展优质生源；通过1v1深度沟通摸底候选人企业背景、AI落地阶段与学习需求，完成选拔匹配，持续优化生源质量； 2、负责学员学习运营：统筹课程学习全流程，涵盖进度跟进、分组研讨、开班及结营答辩等关键节点；跟进学员课后实践，组织复盘与经验分享；联动教研团队收集反馈、沉淀案例，支撑课程与陪跑优化； 3、负责班级建设与学员关系维护：营造互信共创的班级文化，运营学习社群，搭建高价值同学网络，促进学员间跨界连接与资源对接；及时响应需求，通过班级活动增强归属感与凝聚力； 4、负责标杆企业走访与交流活动：策划组织标杆企业参访、行业闭门沙龙等线下活动；拓展走访资源，提升活动质量与参与度； 5、负责校友关系运营与品牌宣发：搭建运营长期校友网络，建立互动、回访与活动机制；挖掘优秀学员案例，协同市场团队推动公开分享与行业传播；维护校友社群生态，提升项目品牌影响力。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上运营工作经验，包含商学院/高管研修班、B2B客户成功或高端社群运营相关经验，有服务企业高管（CIO/CTO/数字化负责人等）群体经验者优先； 2、具备卓越的高管沟通与关系维护能力；较强的项目管理与跨部门协同能力；细致高效，能妥善处理突发情况； 3、对企业数字化转型与AI落地痛点有较深入的理解，能快速把握学员业务需求；自驱力强，能在不确定性中主动推进；熟练使用飞书及AI工具提效。
