团队介绍：数据工程与平台团队旨在实现人类知识与经验向模型能力的加速迁移。我们从真实场景出发，通过模型短板识别、高质量数据定义、规模化数据生产，提升模型能力。与此同时，团队还致力于依托训练反馈，反哺数据设计，推动系统迭代，构建业内一流的数据工程能力与平台。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与AI数据平台的产品建设，围绕大模型数据需求，协助推进需求理解、方案设计、效果验证的全链路产品工作，协同算法、研发、运营、标注、评测等团队，跟进需求评审、功能验收、上线回归、项目进度跟踪、用户反馈分析和数据效果复盘，持续沉淀产品方法论、最佳实践和通用解决方案； 2、参与Agent/Workflow等能力在真实数据生产链路中的落地，协助优化复杂场景下的Agent编排能力、生成效果、调试体验与需求满足率，支持自然语言创建数据生产Agent，提升非技术用户的独立搭建成功率，同时参与Agent效果评测，协助构建评测集、设计评测指标、开展体验走查、分析负面案例，并从Prompt、数据、流程和产品机制等角度提出优化建议； 3、参与开放生态建设，协助推动数据集、Agent、插件、模型、算子、Skill等能力的标准化接入与资产沉淀，支持高频场景模板、垂类Agent和官方算子文档的建设与复用； 4、参与平台稳定性相关产品工作，围绕数据流转、模型服务、调度链路等方向，协助推进任务稳定交付、问题排查、效果追踪和闭环优化； 5、持续关注AI数据平台、Agent、Workflow、多模态数据生产、模型评测和开放生态等方向的行业动态，输出产品调研、产品分析或前沿技术整理。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、数据科学、数学、统计、信息管理、工业工程等相关专业优先； 2、对AI产品和大模型方向有强烈兴趣，是GPT、Claude、Codex、Kimi、豆包等AI工具的高频用户，理解Prompt、Few-Shot、RAG、Agent、Workflow、幻觉、模型评测、多模态等基础概念； 3、具备较强的结构化思考和问题拆解能力，能够将复杂业务问题拆成清晰的产品需求、解决方案或优化路径，能从用户反馈、数据看板和业务结果中发现问题； 4、对AI数据生产流程有基础认知，理解数据生成、处理、标注、质检、评测、人机协同等关键环节，有相关项目、研究或实习经历者优先；具备基础的数据分析能力，能够使用SQL或Python进行数据提取、处理和分析；有评测集构建、负面案例分析、模型效果评测经验者优先； 5、具备良好的沟通协作能力、执行力和责任心，能够推动跨团队协作事项落地，产品迭代与问题闭环； 6、对平台型产品、开放生态、自动化流程设计有好奇心和学习意愿，愿意深入理解业务场景并将AI能力转化为稳定、可复用的产品能力。
