日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动开发者AI团队致力于探索AI技术在研发体系上应用和落地，覆盖场景包括AI for Code、AI在DevOps全流程中的落地，团队包括产品、工程、算法和研究人员多个角色，期待对大模型、研发工具体系有兴趣、对技术有追求的同学加入，共同成长！

1、参与豆包编程日常迭代和核心模块开发； 2、参与团队在编程Agent方向的研究。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、通信和电子信息科学等相关专业优先； 2、具备基础的前端技术功底，熟悉TypeScript和JavaScript，了解类型推导和基本泛型应用； 3、了解Agent概念，有兴趣学习基于LLM的Agent开发（如任务规划、工具使用）； 4、了解软件工程原理和简单设计模式，对代码的可读性和可维护性有追求； 5、有小型开发前端组件或工具函数的经验，注重基本API设计； 6、能够实习至少4个月，每周出勤4天及以上。
