1、负责抖音电商商家产品，包括抖店主框、AI客服产品的迭代，面向商家建设AI问答能力、流量分发能力，回答和解决好商家的问题，帮商家学习和成长，提升商家体验和经营效率； 2、基于目标拆解，将大模型、Skill搭建、智能生成等能力应用在产品优化中，产出产品方案，实现数据驱动目标的达成；参与知识库、MCP、经验模板等基建工作的搭建，提升在产品中知识召回、应用提效水平，从而提升解决力； 3、搭建并维护评测体系，关注评测内容和结果，通过数据分析、案例分析等方式找到优化方向，不断迭代产品； 4、与工程、算法、运营、商业服务等团队协作，跟进产品的开发、测试和上线推广，确保结果的有效达成。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、统计、数学、信息类等理工科相关专业； 2、具备AI、机器学习、大数据相关课程学习经历者优先；逻辑清晰，具备良好的结构化分析能力，对数据敏感，掌握SQL/Python等数据分析工具，能够基于数据形成独立的产品判断与观点； 3、对电商行业具备浓厚兴趣与持续关注，熟悉主流电商平台的商品与经营玩法，具备独立思考能力与产品创新意识； 4、好奇心强，学习速度快，偏好高挑战性业务课题，能够将复杂业务问题拆解为可落地的AI应用路径，具备较强的自驱力与责任意识； 5、沟通表达清晰，能够与研发、算法、设计、运营等多职能团队高效协作，适应电商行业多任务并行的工作环境，责任心突出。

加分项 1、具备AI相关项目实战经验（大模型应用、AIGC、智能推荐、AI Agent或工具类等课程项目、竞赛或个人作品均可）； 2、曾自主研究电商领域AI产品方向（如智能发品、AI客服、智能选品、动态定价等），并产出过创新思路或行业分析。
