1、你将站在全球AI安全攻防的，深度聚焦大模型、行业定制化模型及AI应用全栈安全领域，开展前瞻性威胁研究与技术攻坚，你将通过系统性的风险研判、方法论沉淀与跨团队技术赋能，构建AI业务的安全护城河，为公司AI技术创新与规模化落地提供坚实的安全保障，同时引领行业AI安全标准与最佳实践的发展； 2、聚焦AI模型及各形态AI产品的攻击面/风险面，开展前瞻性威胁研究与技术攻坚，保障字节跳动AI业务的安全稳定； 3、以蓝军身份参与AI项目安全评估，识别并解决关键安全风险，确保项目安全稳定运行； 4、为内部团队提供AI安全专业技术指导和安全解决方案，为AI安全治理和规划提供技术依据，推动公司AI安全技术能力的体系化沉淀； 5、输出具有行业影响力的洞察分析报告、技术白皮书与安全最佳实践指南，对外完成技术品牌建设。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机/信息安全/人工智能等相关专业，有大模型安全、机器学习安全相关研究背景者； 2、深入理解大模型原理与架构，对大模型、大模型应用的安全威胁有研究与实战经验； 3、具备优秀的研究能力与逻辑思维能力，能够独立开展前瞻性技术研究，输出高质量的研究报告与技术文档； 4、对AI安全领域有浓厚的兴趣与强烈的探索精神，有良好的团队合作精神，乐于分享知识与经验。

加分项： 1、期刊发表过AI安全相关文章； 2、安全会议AI安全议题演讲者； 3、有AI Infra漏洞CVE编号或在漏洞平台提交过高价值漏洞。
