团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、研究全球互联网与法律垂类生态，系统盘点高价值法律网站、官方门户、专业数据库、开放数据源与API，建立资源分层标准与引入地图，持续提升大模型法律回答的丰富度、权威性、时效性与覆盖率； 2、负责资源引入全生命周期管理，从资源调研、价值评估、商务/合作推进，到需求落地、上线验收与持续运营，协同产品、算法、研发、商务、法务等团队，推动资源高效、稳定、合规接入； 3、推进法律搜索工具优化，负责产品分析与问题拆解（含国际化AI Legal产品），搭建与维护法律场景的评测集、训练集，持续监控召回、准确率、引用权威性等核心指标，驱动搜索体验迭代； 4、跟踪AI Search、RAG、Agent、Tool Calling等方向的前沿进展，探索大模型与法律搜索结合的新模式，沉淀法律垂类资源运营的策略、SOP与方法论。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，法学相关专业，本硕均为法学专业者优先； 2、已通过国家统一法律职业资格考试，法律专业基础扎实，熟悉民事、刑事、行政等主要法律领域，具备良好的法律检索与分析判断能力； 3、有AI产品运营/搜索产品运营相关经验，了解搜索召回排序、RAG或大模型评测的基本原理； 4、英语可作为工作语言，能顺畅阅读英文资料、调研国际化产品并进行跨语言沟通，具备全球化视野优先； 5、具备强烈的负责人意识与项目管理能力，跨团队协作经验丰富，能独立推进复杂项目高质量落地； 6、熟练使用ChatGPT、Claude、豆包等主流大模型及AI工作流工具（Prompt Engineering、AI Workflow、AI Agent等），能有效借助AI工具提升研究、分析与协作效率优先。
