1、负责UGC内容生态工作，结合大模型、AI能力进行用户体验洞察，分析生态现象和定义关键问题，从创作侧和分发侧分析生态主要矛盾和问题产生的核心原因，主导设计解决方案，推动优化消费体验； 2、建设内容生态和分发体验评估能力，设计Rubrics通过大模型能力搭建策略评估体系，通过数据分析洞察标准刻画缺陷和画风体验问题，协同推荐设计优化策略并落地； 3、深入理解内容“生产-审核-分发”全链路，基于LLM进行内容理解，探索AI在个性化推荐等场景的应用，提升分发效率。

1、熟悉大模型技术，了解PE、RAG、SFT等概念，有实际结合大模型落地策略的经验优先； 2、对AI应用有较强认知与热情，具备Prompt Engineering、Workflow、Agent等工作流落地经验，熟悉SFT、RAG、强化学习等大模型效果优化基本方法；有大模型优化推荐、大模型评测经验者优先； 3、具备良好的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL、精通A/B实验分析，能够借助AI高效完成大批量案例分析、问题发现和策略归因； 4、对内容有敏锐的判断力和内容优劣辨别能力，能够结合用户消费认知，对内容主题和生态状况作出判断，具备内容创作经历更佳。
