1、负责汽水音乐开放平台基础能力建设，覆盖合作、签约、资产管理、结算全链路，保障版权方和音乐人的合作效率； 2、负责汽水音乐平台经营能力建设，搭建音乐宣传推广经营、数据中心等产品能力，为版权方和音乐人提供宣传推广经营与数据服务。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有B端/中后台产品策划或实习经验，熟悉平台系统与业务；逻辑能力强，具备理解复杂业务逻辑并抽象化、独立设计系统方案的能力； 3、热爱思考、自驱力强，能透过现象看本质，具备迅速抓住关键问题的能力； 4、具备坚韧的执行力，面对挑战能积极寻求解决方案，致力于达成预期目标； 5、富有好奇心，有通过产品创造价值的梦想与热情。
