1、负责平台AI剧内容评估（含对话剧、解说剧），持续优化评估标准与执行规范，为评估准确率负责； 2、定期复盘，反向校准评测标准本身，输出质量诊断与内容建议，通过内容分析，提炼特征，提升自制优质内容产能； 3、持续跟踪市场内容趋势、题材热度变化、用户偏好迁移，结合数据输出赛道机会判断、题材风险预警，指导生产； 4、协作产品研发，推动AI工具在实际生产中持续迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，编导、影视、中文、动画类、新闻传播、社会学相关专业优先； 2、3年以上内容运营工作经验优先；有短剧/解说剧经验者优先； 3、熟悉AI短剧爆款风向，具备内容拆解能力，对AI短剧行业和市场需求有深入了解和认知，热爱并深耕内容领域； 4、具备较高的内容敏感度，有良好的沟通协作能力。
