1、对大模型相关产品软件交付项目的范围、进度、成本、交付质量负责，保证项目按照合同约定成功交付； 2、依据大模型产品需求和业务目标，开展迭代规划，制定详细的敏捷迭代计划，明确每个迭代周期的目标、任务、交付成果与时间节点，并能根据内外部变化及时调整迭代计划，确保项目始终朝着正确方向推进； 3、与产品经理、研发等紧密合作开展需求管理，深入理解大模型相关业务需求，将其转化为可执行的开发任务，对需求进行优先级排序，有效管理需求变更，确保开发工作与业务目标一致； 4、根据项目实际情况，组织项目团队及跨组织业务团队制定分解项目计划，协调各方资源，组织产品、设计、开发、测试等团队共同达成项目目标，评估项目风险并提供合理的解决方案； 5、跟进项目进度，协调解决各个环节问题，及时发现并把控风险，确保项目保质保量如期交付，推动流程或者业务方面的效率提升和流程优化； 6、组织项目复盘，持续沉淀并优化项目管理流程、模版及工具规范，沉淀项目经验和知识资产，搭建最佳实践库，推动组织级复用，提升整个组织的项目管理能力。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电子、通信及相关专业，5年以上项目管理工作经验，了解与主机厂的To B工作模式，熟悉智驾、座舱、云等产品交付及开发经验； 2、熟悉大模型相关产品、解决方案领域知识、研发流程等，有大模型相关产品及项目从业经验； 3、熟练使用JIRA、Confluence等敏捷项目管理工具，具备良好的数据分析能力，能通过数据评估项目状态和效果，掌握常见的风险管理方法和工具； 4、熟悉项目管理方法论，具备PMP/ACP等项目管理认证优先，一定程度出差或驻场工作； 5、工作积极主动，具有强烈责任心和严谨的工作作风，积极思考，不断创新，具有丰富的沟通、交流和组织能力，出色的团队合作精神； 6、具备较强的知识迁移能力、抽象思考能力、发现问题和解决问题的能力。
