1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信和电子信息科学等相关专业优先； 2、前端基础扎实，熟悉主流的前端开发框架，深入了解至少一种前端框架及原理，具备系统架构设计能力； 3、有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，具备良好的团队协作精神和高度的责任心； 4、有智能体开发工具建设经验者优先，有开源项目经验者优先； 5、关注Web和AI发展动态，对新技术充满激情，对实现高性能、高可用的前端架构有实际经验。
