1、深度结合人工智能（AI）能力优化广告主与达人的撮合链路，围绕广告主意图理解、达人智能推荐、自动派单等核心场景，持续提升匹配效率与策略精准度； 2、探索人工智能代理（AI Agent）在达人匹配场景中的落地，基于广告主需求自主拆解匹配条件、多轮迭代推荐策略，生成可解释、可追溯的达人推荐决策； 3、设计智能供需调控机制，基于供需预测与平台目标，自动调节匹配策略与资源分配，减少人工干预，提升平台运营效率； 4、深入洞察国际化撮合生态与产品策略，结合业务目标提炼产品机会点，形成可落地的产品方案与迭代路径； 5、主导跨团队复杂项目推进，协调研发、算法、运营等多方资源，确保策略高质量落地。

1、2年以上平台产品经验，有撮合、策略或推荐类产品背景者优先； 2、具备AI产品设计经验，能识别业务场景中的AI介入机会，推动智能化方案落地；具备Vibe Coding能力者加分； 3、数据驱动，具备通过实验驱动产品优化的实战经验； 4、英语可作为工作语言，跨团队沟通与执行能力强。
