1、聚焦AI Coding研发效能提升，负责全栈技术方案设计与落地，构建可复用的AI资产库（基建/工作流）；同步推进业务Agent的规模化开发，参与AICoding整体研发链路开发，以“资产+智能体”双轮驱动，支撑业务线的AI原生需求； 2、负责字节跳动企业服务系统研发建设，包括但不限于移动/桌面等场景下用户侧产品、中后台等方向的前端研发； 3、负责企业服务相关业务支撑的工程化方案、平台效率工具等基础设施的开发工作； 4、用高质量的设计和代码实现，创造出优雅的用户体验，支撑业财产品的高速发展； 5、探索实践高效的To B协作模式，提升异地及跨区域沟通效率，为业务迭代保驾护航。

1、计算机基础扎实，前端技术熟练，对解决多浏览器兼容性问题、前端性能优化有一定的经验； 2、理解工程化、组件化等开发思想，有一定的设计能力，熟悉最少一种前端MVVM框架； 3、具备良好的服务意识、学习能力、优秀的团队沟通与协作能力； 4、有多端（如PC/Server等）和可视化的开发经验优先； 5、参与或主导优秀的开源项目、有优秀的技术博文&博客优先。
