1、国际电商联盟团队专注于构建繁荣、高效的电商带货内容供给体系，以技术驱动内容电商GMV的持续增长；团队方向覆盖达人的增长体系、达人—商品的智能搜索与推荐系统，以及面向创作者的智能内容创作工具； 2、开发并持续优化LLM驱动的AI搜索系统，构建多语言与多模态的语义检索与向量召回体系，并通过LLM增强查询理解、Query rewrite、召回与排序能力，全面提升达人、商品与内容的搜索相关性、匹配度和整体体验； 3、开发并迭代具备任务规划、多轮推理与工具调用能力的智能体（如达人Agent/商家Agent），实现达人选品、商家找达人、内容创作生成等关键流程的自动化决策与生成闭环，并通过微调、对齐与评测体系持续提升智能体表现。

1、计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的机器学习/深度学习基础，熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow，并具备良好的工程实现能力； 2、理解大模型技术（模型结构、数据构成、训练Recipe等），并在至少一个能力方向（如指令遵从、推理、工具调用、RAG等）有深入认知；具备SFT、DPO、RLHF、RLVR等后训练经验者优先； 3、在搜索、NLP/LLM、多模态、推荐或AIGC等方向具有深入实践或研究经验，能独立推动技术方案落地； 4、对电商、内容生态或达人/商家联盟业务有兴趣，具备全局视角与产品化思维，能够深入理解业务需求并将前沿技术有效落地为可规模化、可迭代的业务系统。

加分项 1、具备国际化电商、短视频/内容平台或联盟业务相关经验，或在多语言、跨语言NLP与检索方向有实践积累； 2、主导过大模型、AI搜索、多模态或智能体系统等高影响力项目，或在SIGIR/KDD/ACL/EMNLP/NeurIPS等顶会上发表论文； 3、参与开源社区（如Hugging Face）并有贡献，或具备大规模生成模型训练、多模态生成、RLHF等前沿技术经验。
