1、梳理现有物理安防运营流程（包括门禁管理、视频监控、访客管理、应急处置等），识别效率瓶颈与AI改造机会点，输出系统性分析报告与改造方案； 2、将业务改造需求转化为可执行的产品需求文档或标准化操作规程（SOP），协调技术团队与外部供应商，推动方案从POC验证到上线运营的全链路落地； 3、持续跟踪AI安防行业技术动态，参与技术方案评估与供应商选型，输出具备业务视角的选型建议与产品分析； 4、协同安全运营、IT、采购等相关团队，推动多系统集成与数据互通，确保项目在复杂组织环境中有效交付。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上项目管理工作经验，能够适应英文办公环境； 2、具备独立的业务流程分析能力，有方案设计或产品需求文档输出能力； 3、有系统集成项目全程跟进经验，熟悉多方协同的项目交付流程； 4、对AI技术有实质性认知，能结合具体业务场景进行落地判断，理解AI能力边界； 5、有门禁系统、AI视频分析、访客管理系统等安防类产品的落地项目经验优先； 6、熟悉安防系统、智慧园区、企业数字化项目优先，具备跨系统、跨团队的复杂项目管理能力（PMP或同等经验者）优先。
