日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助负责某AI工具在公司内的推广、渗透与增长，帮助业务团队把AI能力真正落地到工作流中，具体包括； 2、最佳实践沉淀与复用：将成熟的搭建方案沉淀为可复用的模板、案例库与教程文档，降低其他团队的上手门槛，推动方案规模化复制； 3、分享与培训赋能：面向不同受众组织AI工具分享会与培训，把自己开发工具的价值、搭建思路讲清楚，提升产品口碑与用户使用深度； 4、增长运营技术支持：配合线上推送、线下活动、社区运营等增长动作，提供工具开发、数据追踪与看板搭建等技术支持； 5、Vibe coding快速原型与AI Agent、自动化工作流搭建：借助AI编程工具快速开发轻量应用、数据看板、活动H5等，低成本验证增长与运营想法并持续迭代，同时深入理解不同团队、岗位的业务场景，基于TRAE、WorkBuddy、N8N等平台，快速搭建AI Agent应用与自动化工作流，解决真实业务问题； 6、系统对接与技术落地：通过API对接、数据库读写等方式打通内部系统与数据源，完成「需求拆解→方案设计→搭建开发→调试上线」的完整闭环。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、可实习6个月及以上、每周出勤5天；具备一定计算机编程基础，了解API对接、数据库基础等，能独立完成常见接口调用与数据读写； 3、熟练使用各类平台工具搭建Agent应用，有TRAE、WorkBuddy、扣子、N8N等产品的实际使用经验； 4、具备一定Vibe coding基础和技术判断力，能基本看懂代码、定位常见问题，借助AI工具完成功能开发与调试； 5、具备良好的表达能力，能将自己开发工具的业务价值与搭建思路清晰地讲给非技术同学听； 6、重度AI工具使用者，对AI产品推广和落地有强烈热情，自驱、学习能力强。
