1、负责搭建短剧本地化翻配的流程，围绕短剧分发到全球各语种的本地化，寻找更优的翻配新解法，对质量、效率与成本结果负责； 2、系统梳理现有翻配链路中的关键问题，包括但不限于真人配音成本高、交付周期长、AI翻配质量不稳定、不同语种/题材适配效果差等，并持续推动专项优化； 3、探索并设计多种翻配模式与生产方案，包括纯人工、AI配音、AIPE、半自动混合链路等，评估不同模式在质量、成本、时效上的适用边界，沉淀最优策略； 4、推动AI翻配能力提升，与算法、产品、供应商协作，围绕发音自然度、情绪表现、角色一致性、口型匹配、语义准确性等关键指标，推动模型和工具迭代； 5、搭建翻配评估体系与验收标准，保证质检结果的准确性，推动质量标准迭代，形成可量化、可复盘、可追踪的判断标准。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上内容运营工作经验； 2、对AI内容制作、翻译配音有较强理解，熟悉从脚本处理、翻译适配、配音生产到后期交付的关键环节； 3、熟悉或理解TTS/Voice Cloning/AIPE等相关方案，具备模型评估、能力选型、流程落地经验，持续跟踪行业趋势与新技术方向，关注语音生成、后编辑及生产流程自动化等领域的新解法； 4、具备较强的跨团队协作与项目推进能力，能够推动产品、算法、运营、供应商等多方协同，达成工作目标。

加分项 1、有内容行业、翻译配音、AI模型应用相关领域经验者优先； 2、有AI内容制作、翻译配音全流程实际项目经验者优先； 3、有TTS/Voice Cloning/AIPE等相关方案落地经验者优先。
