1、负责搜索结果页的策略运营工作，结合大模型/AI能力优化搜索体验问题，通过AI辅助精细化提升搜索体验满意度与关键指标收益； 2、利用AI工具分析和归因工具，从用户搜索行为、Query分布、结果质量、点击反馈等数据，识别搜索链路中的问题与优化机会； 3、参与搜索排序全链路策略优化，结合AI意图理解、AI解析Query、AI内容摘要等能力，迭代传统搜索策略，补齐传统算法在体验拔高方向的能力短板； 4、搭建搜索运营自动化分析体系，使用各类AI工具构建自动化的问题分析画风、用户行为链路拆解、实验效果监测与复盘机制，实现搜索问题、数据指标、实验收益的智能化、常态化自动化分析，大幅提升策略迭代效率； 5、关注行业搜索体验和产品策略，沉淀可复用的策略方法论，提升搜索场景的运营效率，持续跟进AI驱动搜索体验优化的行业方案，沉淀AI赋能搜索运营的标准化方法论。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上搜索、推荐、内容运营、策略运营、产品运营或数据分析相关经验； 2、对搜索产品有较强理解，熟悉用户从输入Query到浏览、点击、转化的完整链路；了解AI大模型对传统搜索链路的改造逻辑，理解人机协同搜索、智能摘要、AI重排的业务价值； 3、具备良好的数据分析能力，具备AI辅助数据分析、AI批量归因、AI数据洞察工具使用能力，能够借助AI高效完成大批量案例分析、专项复盘； 4、能够结合AI识别的批量问题，从复杂负面案例中归纳问题，提炼结构化规则与运营策略，区分人工治理与AI治理的适用场景； 5、具备良好的跨团队沟通能力和项目推进能力，能协调产品、算法、研发等多方资源，可独立推进AI搜索策略、人机协同评测体系的落地与迭代。
