1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信和电子信息科学等相关专业； 2、前端基础扎实，熟悉主流的前端开发框架，深入了解至少一种前端框架及原理，具备系统架构设计能力，对实现高性能、高可用的前端架构有实际经验； 3、有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，具备良好的团队协作精神和高度的责任心； 4、具备AI应用项目的相关经验或算法背景，熟悉LLM应用架构，PE（Prompt Engineering）工程化和数据评测等，对于Agent、RAG、SFT、RL等有基本的认知和理解； 5、有较强的创新意识，能紧跟AI领域的最新发展动态，具备AI应用产品落地经验，有开源项目经验。
