1、负责直播AI轻应用的产品运营与功能迭代工作，深入直播间及主播、公会的实际使用场景，围绕核心用户需求和业务目标，制定并推动产品推广、使用引导、运营陪跑及功能优化方案，提升工具与互动玩法在核心人群中的渗透率、活跃度和使用效果； 2、负责跟进主播和公会的使用情况，建立需求收集、反馈分析和问题分层机制，结合数据表现、典型案例和用户声音进行需求分析，输出清晰的产品优化建议与功能方案，并协同产品、研发、设计团队推动功能设计、迭代上线及效果验收，持续优化产品体验； 3、负责直播AI玩法及相关产品能力的策划与迭代，结合直播场景、用户需求和业务目标设计玩法机制、功能流程和推广方案，借助AI编程、多模态生成等工具快速完成玩法原型或验证方案，并通过测试、复盘和数据分析推动高价值能力持续打磨和落地； 4、负责直播领域Skills、场景模板和运营素材的体系化建设，推动验证有效的玩法沉淀为可复用、易传播、易上手的模板资产，同时结合用户使用反馈持续推进模板能力、配置方式和分发机制迭代，建立培训推广、使用激励和Remix创作运营机制，提升模板使用率与创作转化效率； 5、持续跟踪Coding Agent、多模态生成及AI创作工具的发展趋势，定期开展产品体验、行业调研和用户洞察分析，挖掘适合直播场景的新玩法、新工具形态和产品机会，推动创新方向从需求判断、方案设计到上线验证的完整闭环。

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限，具备产品运营、产品相关工作经验，有直播、内容平台、创作者生态或AI产品方向经验者优先； 2、对大模型、Coding Agent和多模态生成有浓厚兴趣和较强理解，是AI产品的深度用户，持续关注行业前沿进展，有AI产品运营、功能迭代、工具推广、内容增长或相关项目经验者优先； 3、具备较强的用户洞察、需求分析和产品运营能力，能够面向主播、公会、创作者等用户群体识别核心问题，完成需求梳理、方案推动和迭代落地，兼顾用户价值与业务目标； 4、具备较强的数据分析和内容判断能力，能够结合使用数据、用户反馈和案例表现发现问题、提炼规律，并基于数据完成功能验收、效果评估和后续优化，熟悉直播、短视频等内容产品生态者优先； 5、具备较强的活动策划、项目推进和跨团队协作能力，能够围绕重点工具、玩法或功能设计推广节奏、运营机制和落地方案，并推动产品、研发、设计等多方高效协同； 6、具备较强的学习能力和负责人意识，面对模糊问题能够主动拆解、快速行动，既能推动产品功能持续迭代，也能推进运营策略落地并对结果负责。
