1、参与Lark智能体体验设计，与团队一起探索企业级AI Agent的创建、配置、使用、协作与管理体验； 2、与产品、研发、算法等团队紧密协作，将大模型、Agent、知识库、工作流、工具调用等AI能力转化为清晰、可信、可控的产品体验； 3、参与从交互框架、信息架构到视觉表达的完整设计流程，推动方案在真实业务场景中落地； 4、持续关注AI产品、企业协作、知识管理、自动化和开发者工具等方向的前沿趋势，主动发现有价值的体验机会； 5、通过原型验证、用户研究、数据反馈等方式，参与优化智能体的创建门槛、使用效率、结果质量和用户信任感。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，设计、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、设计基础扎实：具备良好的交互设计、信息架构和视觉表达能力，能在复杂场景中建立清晰、有秩序的体验； 3、产品思维：具备超越界面细节的全局视野，愿意从用户任务、业务流程和组织协作的角度思考设计价值； 4、动手能力强：靠近工程实现，能用Vibe coding/原型工具快速搭建可交互原型，验证产品想法； 5、对AI有好奇心：对对话、生成、配置、编排、自动化、人机协作等新型交互范式感兴趣，愿意探索AI时代的新设计语言，能够超越传统页面设计； 6、自驱和学习力：学习能力强，能快速跟进AI工具、Agent产品和开发者工具的发展，并主动应用到工作中。

加分项 1、对模型能力边界、工具调用、上下文管理、Human-In-The-Loop、AI可控性与可解释性有自己的思考和见解； 2、有从0到1定义产品体验框架、参与完整产品迭代的项目或实习经验； 3、有AI相关产品/工具/开源项目的设计或使用经验； 4、具备一定的前端开发能力，能独立实现简单原型。
