日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：火山方舟是火山引擎推出的一站式大模型服务平台，是中国大模型市场产品和份额领跑者。平台提供模型推理、评测、精调等全流程服务。方舟搭载了豆包及业界主流大模型，提供丰富的插件生态和AI应用开发服务，并通过稳定可靠的安全互信方案、专业的算法技术服务，全方位保障企业级AI应用落地。

1、协助产品解决方案人员开展产品和解决方案支持工作，与销售、售前及相关部门协作推进模型及解决方案拓展，涵盖需求理解、初次交流、方案初步落地、日常故障协助处理等全流程支持； 2、协助推进模型、AI应用产品和解决方案的GTM落地工作，协助整理GTM材料与策略，总结汇总客户共性需求，推动产品能力和方案迭代； 3、负责跟进重点客户，配合推动达成合作，树立行业标杆案例，打造行业最佳实践； 4、深入厂商、运营商和公共服务行业业务链路，主动挖掘高价值的Agent应用场景，定义Agent的业务边界，配合进行不同应用场景的效果评估体系搭建与测评。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，计算机科学、人工智能、电子信息工程、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉LLM、VLM相关的算法和大模型技术，有一定的Agent/RAG/Context Engineering实操经验； 3、有清晰的逻辑思维和表达能力，具有较强的客户服务意识，能有效翻译客户需求、串联产品和研发，具有较强的责任心和执行力； 4、实习时间保证每周4天。

加分项 1、有Prompt调试/Agent搭建实践案例优先； 2、有厂商、运营商、公共服务和相关领域相关行业实习经验优先； 3、PPT和方案总结能力较强者优先。
