1、制定AI分身在抖音创作者侧的覆盖策略，识别并定义出AI分身不同场景（视频互动、AI聊天、群聊、评论等）的目标创作者； 2、通过平台触达、定向招募、作者社群、MCN及行业合作等运营方式，推动创作者了解、体验并开通AI分身； 3、理解不同垂类创作者的内容特点和服务场景，共创AI分身在粉丝运营、经营变现等方向的创新玩法；打造标杆案例，并做规模化推广； 4、收集作者与用户反馈，协同产品持续优化AI分身的产品能力与作者体验；搭建作者运营数据体系，结合作者和用户使用情况，制定分层运营策略。

1、本科及以上学历，具有PGC/PUGC创作者运营经验优先；有内容/社区型平台/开放平台运营经验优先； 2、对AI相关技术和落地场景有较好的理解，具有Prompt编写调优能力，能独立完成Agent解决方案设计； 3、目标导向，能将目标拆解为可实操的运营策略；具有较好的沟通、跨团队协作推进能力； 4、具备敏锐的用户洞察能力，能深度理解创作者、内容和用户需求，结构化思维能力强。
